1. What is ChargeNow ?
ChargeNow is a PowerBank Vending station company that places vending stations in high traffic venues for customers to rent PowerBanks on the go.
2. How do I download the app?
We are live in both the Apple App store, and Google Play Store. Search “ChargeNow” to download the app.
3. How much does it cost to rent a ChargeNow Power Bank?
ChargeNow rentals start at just 3.99 for the first hour and $1.00 for ever 30 min after that for a max of 24 hours. A temporary hold of 3.99 will be applied at the start of the rental.
After a 36 hour period the Power Bank is yours to keep and a total cost of $69.98 for a non return fee minus the original fee charge of 3.99 will be billed.
4. What can I do with my ChargeNow Power Bank after being charged a non returned fee?
You now own the ChargeNow powerbank and can recharge it for continue use. Email Contact@chargenowor.com for more info.
5. How do I rent a ChargeNow PowerBank?
Two ways to rent
Use your debit or credit card right there at the ChargeNow vending station.
OR
A. Download the Smart Charge App.
B. Open the app and select your payment method.
C. Scan the QR code on the Vending Station to eject your ChangeNow Power Bank .
D. Charge your mobile device.
E. Return to any Vending Station.
6. Do I need my phone to return a ChargeNow PowerBank?
No, simply insert the ChargeNow Power Bank into an empty slot, and within a few seconds it will mark as a completed rental on your account.
7. What if my phone is dead and I want to rent a ChargeNow Power Bank?
Use your debit or credit card right there on the ChageNow Vending Station

Ask a friend to rent one for you.
8. Can I rent multiple Smart Chargers at once?
No, users can only rent one ChargeNow PowerBank at a time.
9. Do you offer refunds?
If there is an issue, please contact Contact@chargenowor.com and we’ll do our best to take care of the situation.
10. What happens if I don’t return it?
Each ChargeNow PowerBank has a maximum rental rate $49.99. After 36 hours, you will be charged an addition non-returned fee of $19.99 and it is yor to keep.
11. I rented a ChargeNow PowerBank, and I have nowhere to return it!

12. I spilled a long Island Ice Tea on my ChargeNow Powerbank and now it’s not working.
We appreciate you being a responsible human and telling us! Contact live support via the app, and we will work through the best option.
13. I tried to return my ChargeNow PowerBank, and it won’t register as returned.
Refresh your app. If this doesn’t work, contact support via the app and we will fix the issue.
14. How do I find the nearest ChargeNow Vending Station
Open the ChargeNow App, click on the map and it will show you the Vending Stations around you, including how many Power Banks are charging, how many slots are available to return a power bank and how many Power banks are available to rent.
15. I scanned the QR code and nothing is happening. HELP!

17. Who do I contact for press inquiries?

18. Do you track the batteries?
No. All we keep track of is how long you’ve had each battery via the app. Until its returned to one of our vending stations, it’s not trackable.
19. Can I return a ChargeNow Power Bank without my phone?
Yes, you can return it to any ChargeNow Vending Station that has an empty slot.
20. Can someone return my Smart Charge for me?
Yes.
21. What devices can be charged with a ChargeNow Power Bank?
ChargeNow PowerBanks come equipped with an IOS lightning cord, USB Type-C cable and Micro USB charging cord. Any device that can use these cords can be charged by a ChargeNow PowerBanks.
22. Can I use my phone while it is connected to a ChargeNow Power Bank ?
Yes, you can charge and use your mobile device at the same time. If you’re doing so, please keep in mind that it will take longer to fully charge your phone.
23. I just rented a smart charger and it’s not working!!
Press the ‘Power on’ button located on the side of the power bank. When the cable or the device is not functioning, please return it directly. You will not be charged within 3 minutes. After three minutes, please contact us at
24. What happens if I lose my ChargeNow Power Bank or don’t return it?
If you lose a power bank, please report the issue to us immediately to avoid any additional fees. . We charge $69.98 total (Includes rental fee) for every non returned / lost power bank
